The foods that Chef Bick will create for this event are essentially a natural blending of ingredients and techniques from Asia, the Mediterranean, and America. The freshest locally grown ingredients will be used, in many cases naturally grown, but imported foods inevitably played a role in the presentation of the dishes. H will not attempt to imitate a particular dish, but to simply explore their possibilities and extend their potentialities.
