Many people ask us, "What happens to your leftover pumpkins at the end of the season?". Well, the answer is simple- we provide our herd of cows with a nice sweet snack!

Did you know that all parts of a pumpkin are edible? Everything from the flowers to the skin ​​and seeds can be a nutritious meal for you and your family. That's why we are happy to share any leftovers with our cows that graze through the pumpkin patch when our Fall Season comes to an end!

Pumpkin leaves are full of vitamins for the cows and the pumpkin's shell and insides provide them with a low calorie meal, full of dietary fibers, anti-oxidants, minerals, and vitamins.
