  • Castle Hill Farm is available from Friday thru Sunday with Monday pick up available for rentals for a more relaxed celebration

  • $25% non refundable payment due at time of booking

  • $1000 damage deposit required on Friday before wedding

  • $10.00 per additional guest over 150

  • Events end by 11:00 p.m.

  • Independent Liability Insurance required

  • $1,000,000 Liquor liability insurance must be purchased by the couple naming Castle Hill Farm as additional insured for the days of the event.

  • All Caterers must provide a proof of liability insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 naming Candlelight Farms and Carl Dunham as additional insured for the dates of the event.

  • Deposits are non refundable.

  • We accept cash and checks only.
